# Instant Rewards

### **What Are Instant Rewards?**

Instant rewards are sent immediately after user activity to all HLAW stakers.

## **How Instant Rewards Work**

**Where the Rewards Come From**

Whenever a user buys or sells HLAW or claims INC rewards, a **10% transaction fee** is applied. From this fee **1% is allocated for Instant Rewards.**

**Distribution to Users**

Instant Rewards are distributed automatically to stakers in proportion to their staked amount in the protocol. This means the more you stake, the more you’ll earn from every transaction.

**Why Instant Rewards Matter**

* **Immediate Gratification**: Unlike other rewards that accumulate over time, Instant Rewards hit your wallet right away, letting you see the benefits of staking immediately.
* **Tied to Real Activity**: Unlike speculative rewards, Instant Rewards are directly linked to transaction activity within the protocol.
* **Inclusive for All Users**: Whether you’re a new or a long-time user, you benefit from Instant Rewards as long as you’re staked in the HLAW protocol.

**Example:**

A user buys HLAW tokens, and the 10% transaction fee is applied.

From this fee, **1% goes to Instant Rewards**. If the transaction is worth 100,000 HLAW, that means 1000 HLAW tokens are distributed as Instant Rewards.

These rewards are divided among all HLAW stakers based on their percentage staked in the protocol.
